Full-format single-level marketplace with grocery, seafood, meat, produce, and prepared-foods arranged around a central aisle system. Seafood counter is the standout — live tanks (crab, lobster, sometimes geoduck), whole-fish selection, sashimi-grade cuts by the piece.
Produce carries the widest Asian vegetable and fruit range in Puget Sound outside Seattle's International District. Pantry aisles cover Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, and Indonesian staples at unmatched depth.
Kinokuniya operates a full-format branch inside — Japanese books, manga, magazines, stationery. One of three Kinokuniya locations in the U.S.
Food court runs Yoshinoya, ramen, poke, and rotating fast-casual (bao, dumplings, boba). Uwajimaya's prepared-foods case (sushi, bento, banchan) refreshes throughout the day.
