Why you'll love it
An editor's take
The Courtyard delivers exactly what its brand promises. You're one block from Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square, three from the Downtown Park, and five minutes from Microsoft's Redmond campus. The Bistro handles breakfast and evening service with real cocktails at a price band most downtown competitors can't match. For a two-night business trip, it's the highest-value Marriott address in the retail core.

What you'll experience
The visit, in detail
The lobby is the modern Courtyard template — open, bright, with the Bistro anchoring the ground floor and a small market for late-night snacks. Rooms are the current Courtyard refresh: crisp bedding, real work desks, larger flat-screens, Bluetooth speakers, walk-in showers.
The Bistro serves breakfast (à la carte) with legitimate espresso and cooked-to-order items, then reopens for evening service with beer, wine, and appetizers. That said, walking is the point: Din Tai Fung, Lincoln Square, and Bellevue Collection restaurants are all under five minutes on foot.
A 24-hour fitness room and indoor pool sit on the upper floor. Small ground-floor meeting rooms handle groups up to about 25.
