Why you'll love it

An editor's take

The quieter, more architecturally interesting side of the Bellevue Collection. The Wintergarden — a five-story glass atrium with mature palms, seasonal installations, and cafe seating — is a legitimate downtown public space. Retail leans specialty (jewelry, salons, curated apparel) rather than department-store scale. Feels more like a downtown urban block than a mall wing.

What you'll experience

The visit, in detail

The Wintergarden anchors the property — a five-story glass atrium with mature palms and seasonal changes (holiday lighting in December, spring floral installations, summer patio expansions). Cafés spill out from the perimeter, making it downtown's most reliable free indoor public seating.

Retail is smaller-scale and specialty-forward: independent jewelers, tailors, day spas, curated apparel. On-site restaurants draw independent local reservations. Hyatt Regency's in-house restaurants and bars extend the food-and-beverage inventory.

Connects to Lincoln Square South via pedestrian sky bridge across 106th and to Bellevue Square via NE 8th — the full Bellevue Collection is walkable end-to-end in ~10 minutes.
