Why you'll love it
An editor's take
The Marriott's location is the story: an enclosed pedestrian connection into Lincoln Square puts you steps from Din Tai Fung, the Lincoln Square Cinemas, and Bellevue Collection retail without stepping outside. Add a full-service concierge, 20,000+ sq ft of meeting space, and Aqua Terra as an on-site restaurant that stands on its own, and it's downtown's most useful full-service Marriott.
Highlights
What makes it special

What you'll experience
The visit, in detail
Rooms use the current Marriott refresh — light neutrals, plush bedding, larger flat-screens — and upper-floor inventory pulls in Cascade and downtown views. Executive-level rooms trade up for a small lounge with complimentary breakfast and evening apps.
Aqua Terra serves Pacific Northwest cuisine — seafood-forward with a good wine program — and doubles as one of downtown's better breakfast rooms. Ground-floor Starbucks handles quick coffee.
Meeting inventory is the other differentiator: two ballrooms, extensive breakout space, and A/V infrastructure that reliably handles regional conferences. 24-hour fitness, indoor pool, and business center round out the amenities.
