You arrive at Bellevue Place, ride the elevator to the 21st floor, and step into a room that reads unmistakably steakhouse — dark wood, white tablecloths, filament chandeliers, and windows that pull the Downtown Bellevue skyline into the seat. The host walks you past the piano bar (mental note: come back after dinner) to the dining room. Start with a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned at the table while you look at the wine list; the sommelier is genuinely useful here, particularly on the reserve list. Order simply: a chilled shellfish tower or a wedge to open, one bone-in ribeye or a New York for the table, sides family-style. The kitchen is Prime-beef and broil-forward — do not overcomplicate. Wines lean Washington and Napa cabernet with the depth to hold up. Meal cadence is unhurried but not slow. After the check, walk to the piano bar for a nightcap; the pianist plays through the evening, the bar takes walk-ins, and it is the best after-dinner room in the building.

Book the 6–7pm window for the sunset view over Downtown Bellevue.
Friday and Saturday fill 2–3 weeks ahead; the piano bar is the walk-in overflow.
Winter weeknights around the fireplace lounge are the room at its most cabin-like.
Tuesday and Wednesday dinners are the quietest and easiest to book.
