Order ahead online or by phone, then pull up to the Bel-Red Road storefront — this is a pickup counter now, not a dining room, with a few sidewalk seats in good weather. Order the beef noodle soup for each person — the broth is the reason the kitchen exists, and the noodles are hand-cut — and add three or four xiao chi to share: the salt-and-pepper preparations, the marinated cucumber, a green vegetable, and a dumpling order.
