Check-in is upstairs from street level — a design choice that keeps the ground floor for retail and restaurant traffic. The lobby (called the "Living Room") is a high-ceilinged social space with a DJ on weekend evenings and a bar running a proper cocktail program.
Civility & Unrest handles breakfast, weekday lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with a Pacific Northwest menu and one of downtown's better wine programs. The rooftop lounge delivers 360-degree Bellevue-and-Cascade views — expect a wait on Friday/Saturday nights.
Rooms use the current W design language with premium bedding, walk-in rain showers, sculptural desks, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Suites step up with separate living rooms, dining tables, and top-floor terraces. FIT fitness center, small in-house spa, and full valet.
