Basil's Kitchen is one of the better hotel steakhouses in Bellevue — locally-sourced meats, an actual wine program, a bar that stays busy on weeknights. Breakfast served daily à la carte. A 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor whirlpool sit adjacent to the meeting corridor.
