Belle Pastry is the French patisserie tucked into Old Bellevue that locals treat like a well-kept secret — hand-laminated croissants, proper macarons, and a small espresso bar that turns a Main Street morning into something worth the walk. Step into a case of glossy éclairs, kouign-amann, canelés, and macarons in a rotating rainbow of flavors, then order a cortado at the counter and take a two-top by the window. The croissants come out in waves through the morning — ask when the next tray lands. On weekends the line moves fast and the tarts sell out by early afternoon.
