Walk in, order at the counter, and watch a fresh pie stretched to order. The pepperoni is the giveaway — cupped, crisp edges, a little pool of oil in each disc — on a chewy, blistered crust with a slow-cooked red sauce. Slices to go or whole pies for a group; either way it's honest, unfussy pizza done well.
