Cactus Bellevue Square is the Bellevue location of Cactus, a locally owned restaurant group that has operated in the Seattle area since 1990. It sits at 535 Bellevue Square in downtown Bellevue, inside The Bellevue Collection.
The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 10 PM. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and happy hour is offered every day from 2 to 6 PM. Cactus uses an online waitlist for seating; parties of eight or more have a 20 percent gratuity added, and large-party reservations are taken based on availability. The restaurant closes on Christmas Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving and closes early on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and July 4th.
