A Bellevue weekend has a shape: arrive Friday for dinner, spend Saturday on the anchor day, and slow Sunday to a leisurely brunch-and-nature morning before departure. Two nights, three meals per day, and enough margin to let a good afternoon linger.
Friday. Check in by 6:00. If it is summer, a rooftop cocktail at 6:45 sets the arrival tone; in winter, a hotel bar. Dinner at 7:45 at a downtown steakhouse or an Old Bellevue Main Street room. Do not stack Friday — one great meal and a short walk is the whole night. Sleep early; Saturday is the working day.
Saturday. This is the day. Coffee at Bellden or Third Culture at 8:30. A slow morning at Bellevue Downtown Park by 10:00. Lunch at 12:30 (The Lakehouse or a downtown seafood room). Afternoon nature move — Bellevue Botanical Garden or Mercer Slough — until 4:00. Second coffee at Fonté or Dote. Old Bellevue Main Street stroll from 5:30 to 7:00. Dinner at 7:30.
