RPD+ K-Pop Play Day 2

RPD+ K-Pop Play Day 2 fills Bellevue City Hall and its plaza on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day is laid out as four zones named after Seoul subway lines. The RPD+ K-Pop Stage carries the main-stage performances, cover dance and a random play dance anyone can join; a Seoul Subway Market fills the plaza with vendors and pop-up booths; a K-Games Chuseok zone covers traditional Korean games, culture and food; a fourth zone gathers youth and community organizations. Admission is free and the event is open to all ages, with a free RSVP offered for planning. Big Hug, a Washington 501(c)(3) nonprofit, hosts, co-hosted with bada and presented with the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle; the event is funded through the City of Bellevue's community-led Community Programming Fund and is not a City-hosted event. The plaza and restrooms are wheelchair accessible, there is a quiet space away from the stage, and ASL interpretation is available on request. The 2 Line to Bellevue Downtown Station is the easiest arrival; the City Hall visitor lot is ADA parking only.
